WE’RE DRINKING THE BREWERY DRY!

Some of you have noticed the beer list getting… suspiciously short.

Nope. We haven’t forgotten how to brew.

We’re drinking the brewery.

After FIVE years of turning a freezing cold, leaking, gloriously weird industrial building into one of the most unique little venues around, Brook Street is entering its final chapter for Mouse Proof Brewing.

So every keg that empties now isn’t getting replaced.

Every tap that kicks is one less thing to move.

Every piece of equipment that disappears means another part of the brewery has already started its journey to wherever this ridiculous adventure takes us next.

Over the next four weekends you’ll literally watch MPB reverse-engineer itself.

One week there’ll be another fermenter gone.

Next week another wall will be emptier.

By the last night it’ll feel like we’re trying to run a brewery out of whatever we forgot to load onto the trailer.

And honestly…

…that’s exactly the sort of stupid challenge we’d give ourselves.

This week could be the last Open Mic ever at Brook Street.

Come make some noise with us.

Let’s send this place off the only way MPB knows how.

With great people.
Questionable decisions.
And beer that’s disappearing faster than our furniture.

This isn’t the end of Mouse Proof Brewing.
