While we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase, we understand that there may be situations where you need to return or seek a refund. This Returns and Refunds Policy explains the procedures and guidelines for managing these circumstances.
1.1. Damaged or Defective Products: Should you receive a product from Mouse Proof Brewery that is damaged or defective, please notify our Customer Support Team within 7 days of receiving your order. To facilitate the assessment, we might request photographs of the issue. Subsequently, we will provide you with detailed instructions for returning the item.
1.2. Incorrect Item: If you happen to receive an item different from what you ordered, kindly get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will guide you through the return process and arrange for the correct item to be dispatched to you.
1.3. Change of Mind: We regret to inform you that we are unable to accept returns due to a change of mind or personal preference. We encourage you to carefully consider your purchase before finalizing your order.
2.1. Damaged or Defective Products: Following our assessment and confirmation of a damaged or defective product, you may opt for either a replacement product or a complete refund, which will encompass the product’s cost and any applicable shipping fees. The refund will be processed through the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
2.2. Incorrect Item: If you receive an incorrect item and opt not to receive a replacement, you are eligible for a full refund, inclusive of shipping expenses. This refund will be issued once we have received the returned incorrect item.
2.3. Change of Mind: As previously mentioned, we do not provide refunds for products due to a change of mind or personal preference. Refunds are solely in accordance with sections 2.1 and 2.2 of this policy.
3. Gift Cards
Please note that gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of reimbursement.

- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
