Located in the old Dairy Farmers precinct in North Toowoomba, our brewery is the perfect place to sample Toowoomba’s finest craft brews and catch up with your mates.
Welcome to the Mouse Proof brewery. Our vision is the Aussie pub experience the way it should be… good mates, excellent brews, classic eats and good vibes all around.

Aside from our rotating selection of house and featured beers, we’ve got a selection of locally sourced wines and spirits. Our kitchen specialises in smoked meats as well as the standard pub fare.

Kid & dog friendly
We’ve got a kid-approved play area so you can bring the little humans. If your kids are of the furry, four-footed variety they’re more than welcome to join our outdoor dining area. Just no mice, obviously.

Tuesday to Thursday — 4pm-9pm
Friday to Saturday — Noon-late
Sunday — Noon-9pm
Monday — Closed (try Sante instead)
